Enter data into internal databases accurately and efficiently.
Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and checks.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry according to project specifications.
Maintain and update documentation related to data entry procedures.
Assist in generating reports based on data input and trends analysis.
Respond to inquiries regarding data issues or discrepancies.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data management is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy; proficiency in keyboarding skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
