Title: Enterprise Resource Planning Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid – Local to Baytown, TX Only

Target Start Date: June 2, 2025

Lee College is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst to support the early-stage planning and specifications for a new cloud-based ERP system implementation. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in defining the needs of a modern, campus-wide solution replacing an outdated PeopleSoft system.

What You’ll Be Doing

Gathering and translating business needs and technical specifications from multiple departments across the college

Analyzing and documenting current processes to inform ERP system requirements

Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure needs are fully captured for financial, purchasing, payments, and student information functions

Providing guidance on vendor selection and ERP system capabilities

Offering insights on cloud-based ERP implementations in educational environments

Participating in planning meetings to align project deliverables with institutional goals

What You Bring to the Table

10+ years of experience developing specifications and requirements across diverse departments

Proven ability to translate complex organizational needs into actionable technical documentation

Excellent communication and facilitation skills with multi-stakeholder groups

Preferred: 1+ year of experience delivering a cloud-based ERP solution in an educational setting
