About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. No prior sales experience is required—we provide complete training, ongoing support, and a proven system designed to help you succeed. This is a performance-based role with flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely.

What You’ll Do

Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance or financial protection

Understand client needs and present appropriate coverage options

Follow a structured sales process and maintain consistent communication with clients

Build and manage your own book of business with support from experienced mentors

Utilize simple tools to track leads, follow-ups, and progress toward goals
