WHAT TO EXPECT AS A FEED MILL WORKER
You work the night shift from 5:00 pm - 4:00 am, Monday - Friday. This position takes on a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our mill. Working independently and with your team, you handle tasks such as operating a computer-controlled system, loading and unloading trucks, and general housekeeping. You also assist operations and maintenance personnel with additional tasks. No matter what you're doing, you're making a critical impact on our success!

ARE YOU THE FEED MILL WORKER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has experience in a maintenance-related role, but it's not required. A high school degree or equivalent would also be a bonus. For this entry-level position, you just need to meet these requirements:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Commitment to our zero-injury goal and ability to follow company safety procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in confined spaces
Willingness to work overtime and on weekends during the busy season as needed
