Your Mission:

Direct and innovate improvements in filling and packaging, making sure every second counts.

Be the detective, troubleshoot processes, and ensure manufacturing runs like a well-oiled machine.

Create systems that see beyond problems, helping minimize hiccups and amp up quality.

Scout, select, and champion the best equipment for new exciting projects.

Unleash potential through leadership in continuous improvement, using tools like Lean and DMAIC.

Play the numbers game - keep projects within budget with precision costing and analysis.

Guide and train teams, ensuring they are at their best with up-to-date methodologies and safety standards. What You Bring to the Table:

B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred) or equivalent experience.

7+ years in a high-speed production environment, ideally FDA regulated.

Mastery of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and experience with 3D tech.

Ability to juggle priorities and resolve complex situations with finesse.
