Eaglestone Offers:
Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and commissions; Base salary hiring range: $100,000 - 110,000/year (Salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, and skills.)
Uncapped commissions for high achievers who surpass 100% of quota.

Position Overview: The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth, researching new customers, quoting, and maintaining strong relationships with current customers. This is a key role for Eaglestone's success and expansion that requires excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver on sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets
Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, applications, and engineering, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to drive competitive advantage
Travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and services
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management
Effectively quote job orders for customers
Assist in AutoCAD drawings for customers on a as needed basis
Perform any other duties as requested.
Requirements:
4+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience, required. (Conveyor industry, preferred.)
Bachelor's degree with a related Engineering major
Previous experience with Inventor or SolidWorks.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and ability to grow business revenue
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, aptitude to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target-driven environment.
Results oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel a minimum of 50% to meet with clients and attend industry events.
