MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN PARTS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT (3 YEARS PREFERRED)
Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Inventory Clerk for a food production company in CORONACA.
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday
Requirements for the Parts Inventory Clerk:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Parts Inventory Management (3 years preferred)
Must be able to pass a BG check, drug screen, and Everify
Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Mechanical abilities and comprehension.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
Proficient computer knowledge (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Prior experience in roles such as Maintenance Inventory Coordinator, Parts Clerk, Inventory Control Clerk, Maintenance Stores Clerk, Spare Parts Coordinator, Warehouse Inventory Clerk, Maintenance Parts Specialist, Stockroom Clerk, Materials Clerk, or Inventory Specialist is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Parts Inventory Clerk:
Prioritize daily stockroom operations to meet business needs.
Process material requests and purchase requisitions; track orders and supplies.
Maintain vendor relationships and expedite parts as needed.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments.
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
Remove obsolete parts and ensure required parts are in stock.
Coordinate delivery of parts to appropriate departments or equipment.
