YOUR IMPACT

The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, delivery, and quality assurance of technology projects across the organization. This individual will manage project lifecycles from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The IT Project Manager will coordinate resources across departments, manage testing and validation phases, and may be required to perform duties outside of normal working hours to accommodate deployments, testing, and urgent project milestones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead full project lifecycle activities, from project initiation and planning through execution and closure.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.

Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables to meet business objectives.

Facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment between project sponsors, stakeholders and technical teams.

Develop and participate in testing strategies, including application testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate with QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

Review and approve test plans, scenarios, and scripts.

Monitor defect tracking and resolution to ensure quality deliverables.

Support end-to-end validation and production readiness activities.

Be available during non-standard business hours as needed and coordinate off-hours activities with technical teams to minimize business disruption.

Proactively identify project risks and develop contingency plans, manage and resolve issues and escalate when necessary.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and post-project assessments.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoices as applicable.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of IT project management experience, including delivery and testing management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Experience coordinating technical deployments and user acceptance testing.

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow).
