Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst with over 4 years of experience to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and build visualizations and reports that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Support data-driven decision-making by delivering insights and recommendations.

Maintain and improve automated reporting and BI solutions.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Required Skills:

4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.

Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced functions.

Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred).

Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
