Seeking Event Staff! NO NYS SECURITY GUARD LICENSE REQUIRED!
DSS Solutions, Inc. is seeking individuals to work special events in NASSAU COUNTY. The staff will service sporting, arts and other activities at colleges and various venues.
Pay rate: $18.00 Per Hour
Event Location: Varies (indoor & outdoor events)
Event Staff Job Duties:
Maintain a safe and professional environment during special events.
All Event Staff personnel will be cross-trained in multiple positions, including: Ticket-Taker, Usher, Parking Attendant and Crowd Management (post assignments will vary for each event).
Must maintain excellent customer service practices, be observant, enforce venue policies follow event staff leadership direction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 18 years of age
While performing duties, staff member's core function may involve standing for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to work a minimum of 2-3 events per month.
Must have reliable transportation.
Work flexible hours that includes nights and weekends.
Weather conditions can impact Outdoor events.
