Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 3+ years of experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automated testing and a keen eye for identifying bugs and usability issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.

Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage of the SDLC.

Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

Conduct regression, smoke, performance, and functional testing.

Ensure test coverage for new features and updates.

Provide QA sign-off for production releases.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a software testing role.

Experience with testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, or Cypress.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Knowledge of API testing and automation frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Solid communication and documentation skills.

Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
