Main Responsibilities

Design and manage the development and implementation of ETI system.

Lead design of future system architecture, set priorities, roadmap

Manage the system re-factoring and implementation/migration of new applications including development/re-factoring work, day-to-day management of engineering team, testing strategy and QA of the re-factored system, implementation & migration of new applications/code alongside ETI business stakeholders

Work closely Ocorian IT on infrastructure, security, ongoing testing and monitoring requirements and other items ensuring ETI system meets relevant infra/security requirementsQualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Required

Experience in scoping, designing and developing holistic solutions that consider organisation, process and technology

Experience of software management / selection of 3rd party tools/solutions

> 10 years of experience in software development in the financial services industry

Understanding of design and build of calculation and modelling solutions

Experience in business process engineering and business transformation, and ability to apply agile and lean methodologies.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Strong project management experience

Prior technology/development/coding experience

Preferred

> 5 years of experience in solution architecture in the securitisation domain

Experience with Intex, Moody's, PwC ASAP, or Bloomberg MBS/ABS modelling systems

Strong knowledge and understanding of securitisation concepts, products, and processes, especially MBS, ABS, CDO’s

Working knowledge of accounting and taxable income calculations for US Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMIC’s)

Proficient in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as C/C++, Java, Python, .NET, SQL, AWS, Azure, etc.
