Financial Controller, Longevity Living Management [Boyne Capital Platform]

Longevity Living Management is a Management Service Organization (MSO) formed to partner with leading clinical practices in the functional wellness and longevity industries. The MSO is focused on practices that offer patients best-in-class service via a concierge model, providing therapies such as hormone replacement, preventative care, diagnostics, and regenerative medicine. The Company has partnered with Boyne Capital to accelerate growth via both M&A and organic site expansion.
Boyne Capitalis a Miami, FL-based Private Equity firm that seeks to forge lasting and collaborative relationships with companies and support them in achieving their next phase of growth. Boyne has considerable experience in the multi-site healthcare industry.
Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the Controller is a key member of the executive leadership team and liaison to the private equity sponsor in the execution of the companys strategic growth and achievement of financial goals. This role will be instrumental in the establishment of the platform, working hand in hand with the CEO and Boyne to lay the groundwork for rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted liaison to the private equity sponsor and CEO
Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
Establish and execute the monthly closing process
Manage outsourced accounting support
Support all aspects of the treasury process
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual capital and operating budget process in collaboration with other members of the executive team
Implement NetSuite and develop chart of accounts
Track customer acquisition costs and other growth-related metrics
Lead the integration of accounting functions for new acquisitions
Complete weekly flash/KPI dashboard
Identify and drive financial and operating improvements
Support internal and external audits
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting
Minimum of 3 years of audit at a national public accounting firm
Minimum of 2 years serving in Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller role at a mid-sized company
Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willing/able to be onsite in Atlanta, GA
