In this tech support-focused position, you will be assisting the System Administrator by providing on-site support and troubleshooting of all company owned IT equipment. This is an entry level position. This position will report to the IT Manager.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, resolve, and document incident tickets.
Perform system updates of IT equipment.
Troubleshoot IT issues.
Perform other IT related functions at the direction of the IT Manager and/or the System Administrator.
Qualifications
Essential
You have experience in basic troubleshooting of PCs and Macs.
You are detail oriented and are able to manage a fast-paced work environment.
You are comfortable communicating with co-workers and clients, and can maintain a calm and friendly presence throughout your interaction.
You adapt to each situation quickly and are able and willing to drive full ownership of your work.
You are able to troubleshoot quickly, but also know the right times to ask for help.

You are a team player and work well with others.
Able to fulfill emergency call-outs for tech support.
Preferred
Proficient in the MS environment (Windows, Office, Teams).
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience with remote management software (Team Viewer, Splashtop).
