They specialize in post-acute care, offering services through critical illness recovery hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, outpatient rehab clinics, and occupational health centers.

Job Description:

We’re seeking a Collections Supervisor to join a collaborative team responsible for managing high-value medical claims. This role involves overseeing 10–12 collectors, providing coaching and investigative support, and ensuring timely and accurate claim collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team ofcollectors

Investigate and resolve outstanding high-dollar claims

Coach team members on deeper claim investigation strategies

Monitor team performance and support professional development

Collaborate closely with leadership to streamline collection processes

Qualifications:

2–3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or collections setting

Proven medical collections experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and investigative skills

Additional Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
