Chef de Cuisine, French Cuisine : New York, NY : Up to 130k Were on the lookout for a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead daily kitchen operations at an upscale French restaurant, part of a renowned hospitality group.
This position will oversee and train kitchen staff, insure kitchen efficiency and labor costs, and help with the coordination of purchasing.
Chef de Cuisine Requirements: * Extensive experience as a Chef de Cuisine or in a comparable leadership role within a fine dining environment.
* Strong knowledge and experience with French cuisine.
* Prior background working in a Michelin:starred restaurant or under a Michelin:starred chef is essential.
* Active and up:to:date Food Handlers certification required.
* Proven ability to lead kitchen operations with precision, creativity, and consistency.
