Job Title: Cable Infrastructure Technician

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and collaborative Cable Infrastructure Technician to join our team. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to grow within the data center industry.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair cable infrastructure.

Perform maintenance on existing cabling systems.

Test newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications.

Identify and remove redundant cabling.

Install televisions, routers, and internet technology devices.

Troubleshoot issues with the cable network.

Install cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct.

3+ years of commercial structured cabling

Can work 5 x 10 hour shift 6am-5pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Analyze and troubleshoot basic technical problems or issues.

Review, interpret, and work with various maps, drawings, blueprints, and testing documents.

Perform daily tests, checks, and maintenance of splicing and testing equipment.

Conduct optical continuity and conformance testing.

Make splicing rearrangements on existing facilities in buried, underground, aerial, and building work locations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $24.00/hr.
