Entry-Level CAD Operator â Packaging Design (1st Shift)

Are you ready to bring packaging designs to life?

Weâ re seeking a CAD Operator to join a growing team specializing in custom paperboard packaging. In this role, youâ ll use tools like ArtiosCAD and Cimex to design structural cartons and displays, while collaborating closely with production and sales to ensure quality and precision.

What Youâ ll Do:

Translate customer specs into CAD files for prototypes and production

Create layouts for quoting and stamping die manufacturing

Review die arrivals for proper alignment and functionality

Communicate with production and graphics teams to ensure project flow

Maintain CAD tables and log activitiesWhat You Bring:

1-year certificate in CAD (or related field) OR High School diploma + 6 months CAD experience

Training or experience with ArtiosCAD and Cimex

Strong attention to detail (working with 1/32 tolerances)

Great communication and teamwork skillsPreferred:
