What You’ll Do:
Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning
Design and implement predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.
Utilize Python and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) to build and optimize models.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production using Azure Fabric and other Microsoft cloud tools.
Conduct performance evaluations and refine models to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Generative AI & LLM Innovation
Develop and fine-tune large language models using Azure AI Foundry.
Apply advanced techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration.
Conduct benchmarking and human-in-the-loop testing to iteratively enhance LLM performance.
Lead research into LLM trends and integrate state-of-the-art methods into business applications.
Cloud & Data Strategy
Leverage Azure services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake for scalable model development and deployment.
Work with enterprise data teams to align ML solutions with broader data architecture and governance frameworks.
Build and scale secure, efficient data pipelines and AI agents using Azure Fabric and related services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate complex model outputs into actionable insights for business and product leaders.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can create tangible business value.
Champion best practices in data science, MLOps, and responsible AI across the organization.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of professional experience in data science and large-scale analytics.
Strong proficiency in Python for statistical modeling, machine learning, and automation.
Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Fabric.
Deep understanding of LLMs, GenAI techniques, and fine-tuning strategies.
Solid foundation in regression, classification, clustering, and NLP techniques.
Experience working with large-scale data tools such as Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB, and Databricks.
Strong communication skills—able to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
Azure certifications (AI/ML or data engineering) a plus.
