Job Title: Vice President of Operations
Job Description
The Vice President of Operations will oversee the daily operations of our CNC manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and profitability. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of CNC machining processes, supply chain management, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all aspects of CNC operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and improve efficiency.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications.
Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on operational performance and key metrics.Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience with CNC processes.
Ability to document manufacturing processes in detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in metal fabrication is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
