This role is a hybrid position. • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting with a proven track record of successful placements.
• Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Experience conducting background checks and verifying candidate credentials.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and benefit functions is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform cold-calling and candidate outreach effectively.
