This Role is 100% Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, developing, and tracking pricing strategies for federal government contracts. Responsibilities:

• Create and implement pricing strategies for projects, including labor, materials, and associated costs.

• Analyze solicitation and bid packages to develop comprehensive price and cost proposals.

• Prepare and maintain detailed pricing trend reports to support decision-making processes.

• Assist with cost-related contract administration tasks, such as invoicing, ROMs, and contract modifications.

• Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely collections.

• Ensure all project schedules and deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency.

• Adhere to established processes and deliver all required outputs in a timely manner.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred, with at least 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a high school diploma with 5+ years of related experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing pricing models and cost proposals for services and commodities.

• Familiarity with federal government contract types and regulations, including FAR, DFAR, and CFR.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with web-based applications such as Wide Area Workflow and financial systems.

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and invoicing processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
