Job Summary:
The Estate and Inheritor Services Specialist supports Client Wealth Management clients and beneficiaries through the inheritance process. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, this role provides empathetic and detailed support to clients, financial advisors, and internal teams by processing asset transitions, offering high-touch relationship management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position also requires a strong understanding of estate, trust, and retirement plan operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients during the inheritance process
Communicate proactively via phone and email, ensuring transparency and empathy
Process and follow up on client service requests to ensure timely resolution
Set and manage client expectations in line with internal SLAs
Deliver world-class customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Accurately research and resolve issues and service inquiries
Utilize internal systems to log, manage, and document case interactions
Actively monitor and manage daily case workload
Apply firm verification policies to mitigate fraud and identity theft risk
Remain compliant with SEC/FINRA and firm regulations in all interactions
Assist with other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Knowledge of estates, trusts, retirement plans, and asset distribution processes
Previous experience in account opening and client onboarding
Self-motivated with a team-oriented approach
Certifications:
Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) – Required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Full-time
