We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Program Manager to lead and execute enterprise-wide technology initiatives in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of systems, data, and infrastructure to align with the company’s strategic goals. This is a high-impact position that requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale IT transformation programs across the organization.

• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless collaboration between internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to support successful program execution.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into actionable system or process specifications.

• Provide leadership and direction to project managers, analysts, and technical teams involved in program activities.

• Ensure alignment between enterprise systems, data platforms, and infrastructure to support long-term business objectives.

• Monitor program performance and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support organizational change management efforts, including user training and adoption strategies, during system rollouts.

• Collaborate with other enterprise teams to ensure integration and alignment across ongoing initiatives.

• Maintain compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and other regulatory requirements throughout program implementation.• A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT transformation or enterprise architecture programs.

• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional technology projects from planning to post-implementation review.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, system integration, and infrastructure.

• Proficiency in project lifecycle management, resource planning, and risk mitigation practices.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

• Familiarity with tools like Atlassian Jira and experience with ERP, CRM, and Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting user adoption, training, and change management strategies for technology-driven initiatives.
