Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator

Overview:

A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and support the full order lifecycle for product exchanges. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth transaction processing and exceptional customer service within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the full order process for exchanges—from order intake to final processing using ERP systems.

-Enter and track order data in CRM and ERP platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

-Maintain precise records of orders, communications, and quotes.

-Generate and distribute invoices via ERP, verifying accuracy and tracking payment status.

-Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues related to exchanges.

-Oversee current and aging accounts receivable, ensuring timely billing and payment follow-up.

-Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.

-Assist with general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and meals, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.

Qualifications:

-1-2 years experience in a customer service environment

-Proficient in MS Office

-1-2 years experience with ERP (Sage, SAP, Oracle)
