We’re looking for a Senior BI Analyst to revolutionize how we report and analyze our people data — with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, and Snowflake as your playground.

In this role, you'll be our go-to for smart, scalable HR reporting and advanced analytics. You’re not just here to crunch numbers — you’re here to transform the way we tell stories with data.What You’ll Be Doing:

Champion data governance like a boss — ensuring clean, reliable, and trustworthy data across systems.

Design sleek, powerful reports and dashboards from Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, Snowflake, and more.

Work with our Tech team to roll out next-gen, AI-powered visualization tools (we’re talking beyond charts here).

Build and enhance data models that make reporting faster, smarter, and more intuitive.

Configure custom fields and reports in HR tools — you're hands-on and know your way around Workday & friends.

Balance speed and accuracy — delivering insights quickly, without compromising data quality.

Navigate change post-merger like a pro — flexible, thoughtful, and ready to lead with clarity. What Makes You Awesome:

High on professionalism — you treat confidential info with care and represent the brand with polish. The Must-Haves:

7+ years in advanced analytics/reporting (People Analytics or Financial Services preferred)

SQL fluency – you know your joins, aggregates, and window functions

Experience with Workday and/or Greenhouse reporting & config

Hands-on with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data viz tools

Degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar field Education:

Pay Details: $68.75 to $78.57 per hour
