Job Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist to support the planning and execution of multiple projects across our operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met.

This role requires strong scheduling expertise, particularly with Microsoft Project, and the ability to manage multiple timelines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 6–10 detailed project schedules simultaneously using Microsoft Project.

Collaborate with project managers, cross-functional teams, customers, and customer engineers to gather and update scheduling data.

Monitor project timelines, milestones, and critical paths, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and risks.

Prepare and distribute schedule updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing across projects.

Provide training and support to team members on scheduling tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.

Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or related project scheduling certification.

Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering-driven organization.Company Description
