Day to Day Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Customer Success division, supporting our global team by creating and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reports that drive business insights and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Power BI, a strong background in Snowflake and Tableau, and proficiency in creating and managing dashboards. Key responsibilities include developing and designing Power BI dashboards, utilizing Snowflake for data warehousing, integrating Tableau for advanced data visualization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and training, and ensuring data accuracy. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with global teams are essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, with preferred experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with other BI tools and technologies.
