User Experience (UX) Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our client's team on a contract basis. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of a family-focused app, ensuring an intuitive and accessible experience for a diverse user base. This is a contract assignment expected to last 6-8 weeks, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance the user experience for the app.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and workflows that prioritize usability and accessibility for non-technical users.

• Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to create visually appealing and functional designs.

• Provide consultative input on design strategies and workflows, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces that cater to a diverse audience.

• Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design concepts.

• Contribute to discussions on improving user workflows and app functionality.

• Continuously refine designs based on feedback and usability testing.

• Ensure that design solutions adhere to project timelines and deliverables.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on detail and quality.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and wireframing tools.

• Strong understanding of designing for diverse, non-technical audiences.

• Ability to create prototypes and workflows that align with user needs.

• Experience collaborating in Agile Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with Android development and CSS is a plus.

• Strong consultative skills with the ability to contribute ideas and strategies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
