Position Summary:

We are seeking a Solution Consultant to join our Analytics team. In this customer facing role, you will deploy products and solutions that meet your customer's needs and drive the long-term success of their business. The Solution Consultant is responsible for the analysis of both customer systems and SPS product capabilities, designing an analytics solution that will help propel our customers' business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Solution Consultant you will lead technical engagements with executive-level customer contacts to deeply understand customers’ business processes, consult on business problems, and recommend solutions that solve for those problems. Collaborating with internal teams, you will expertly guide the customer through SPS products and solutions, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration that aligns with their strategic objectives.

Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project’s technical aspects, and alignment across stakeholders

Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data

Deliver project activities on time, and proactively identify and communicate challenges that may jeopardize project milestones

Develop a deep understanding of SPS product capabilities to design sustainable solutions

Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Customer Success, and Sales to drive strategic initiatives for future product innovation

Location:

This role is a hybrid position, based out of Minneapolis, (or open to current SPS Commerce employees) Our team #SucceedsTogether through collaboration by coming in office about 2x a week.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent education and work experience

Strong communication, change management, problem solving, and organizational skills

Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes relating to retail, manufacturing, grocery and/or logistics industries

Exposure to project-based work experience in IT, Project Management, Customer Service, or a related field

Experience with SQL and Atlassian Products such as Jira and Confluence preferred

Experience working with XML, CSV and other application file formats preferred

Experience performing data analysis and/or data migration between systems preferred

Familiarity with text editing and data transformation tools preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with EDI documents in ANSI x12/EDIFACT file formats

Experience working with ERP, Warehouse Management and/or Transportation systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary range for this role is: $77,300 - $115,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
