Position Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a sales and investor relations professional to lead and expand our capital raising efforts among institutional investors, investment consultants, and registered investment advisors (RIAs). This is a strategic, externally facing role that requires strong relationship-building, communication, and capital markets acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, cultivating, and managing investor relationships across the U.S., with a focus on capital formation for real estate funds and separate accounts.Key Responsibilities: Investor Outreach & Capital Raisingo Identify and engage prospective institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, investment consultants, family offices, RIAso Lead fundraising efforts across active and upcoming investment vehicles, including closed-end funds, open-end funds, and separate accountso Develop customized pitch materials in concert with the investment team and coordinate investor presentations, diligence responses, and RFPs Relationship Managemento Build long-term strategic relationships with capital allocators and gatekeeperso Maintain CRM database with detailed activity logs, follow-ups, and investor preferenceso Attend conferences and networking events to expand reach and represent the firm Market Intelligence & Strategyo Track capital markets trends and investor sentiment related to real estate allocations, communicating key updates regarding fund and/or asset performance, and market trends impacting returns and Peak strategic planning o Provide strategic input on investment product positioning, structuring, and fundraising strategyo Coordinate closely with senior leadership and marketing to refine messaging and outreach plans; collaborate with marketing to create investor-facing materials such as pitch decks, investment memoranda, and quarterly reports Cross-Functional Collaborationo Liaise with investment, asset management, and operations teams to communicate firm strategy and track record to prospectso Collaborate on investor reporting, due diligence materials, and compliance requirementsSkills & Qualifications: Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong demonstration of existing network of investors and capital partners Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and investor reporting platformsEducation and Experience 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, investor relations, B2B sales, or real estate investment sales Bachelors degree in finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field Job Advertisement: About Us:Since 2012, Peak Enterprises (and its predecessor Mission Peak Capital, collectively Peak) has invested in factory built housing communities across the United States, specifically focused on 3 and 4-bedroom detached, single family homes in manufactured housing and build-to-rent communities.Over the last 12 years, Peak has invested in 3 and 4-bedroom housing properties on behalf of high net worth investors, family offices, and some of the largest institutional money managers and insurance companies in the US.As a vertically integrated real estate company, Peaks capabilities include internal property management, asset management, development and construction management, and a manufactured home sales and financing team. $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annually
