Position Type: Full-Time Mesa, Arizona

Position Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm with Saturday availability

Position Overview

Are you ready to be a key player in ensuring quality healthcare, seamless patient care, and a dynamic communication flow between patients, healthcare providers, and our dedicated team? As a Supervisor, Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at Strive Pharmacy, your role is nothing short of extraordinary. You're the heart of our commitment to excellence, safeguarding the highest standards of compliance as outlined in our SOPs.Key Responsibilities

Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll:

Oversee and perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

Manage and prioritize workload to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Train and mentor data entry team members on best practices and quality standards.

Collaborate with pharmacy management to implement process improvements and streamline workflows.

Perform regular quality control checks to verify data accuracy and completeness.

Resolve data discrepancies and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.Required Qualifications

A GED or high school diploma

A clean criminal record with no felonies

Completion of a recognized PTCB course

An active State Technician license

Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

Team leadership including performance reviews, scheduling, training, etc.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in pharmacy software systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and pharmacy practices preferred.

Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Ability to work Saturday's if neededWork Environment

Regularly stand to communicate and engage with patients and colleagues.

Frequently use your hands for handling documentation, accessing information, and ensuring smooth operations.

Occasionally stand and walk within the facility.

Capable of lifting and moving items, even up to 50 pounds.

Work predominantly indoors in a collaborative setting with peers and pharmacists.
