Warehouse Shipping Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee our shipping operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations.

Duties

Supervise daily shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.

Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and accuracy.

Coordinate with logistics partners and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline shipping operations.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding materials handling.

Generate shipping labels and ensure accuracy utilizing Ship Hero and labeling systemsRequirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and materials handling procedures.
