Direct Support Professional/Home Health Aide (DIFFERENTIAL FOR BI-LINGUAL STAFF)

Employee will provide direct care services in a residential setting and complete assigned shift at an assigned site.

Complete all shift assignments and tasks, complete all site documentation (ISP's, logs, etc.)

Transport and/or assist Individuals to and from appointments, activities, and visitations. (Company vehicle provided) (requires valid driver's license).

Must be able to pass background check.

No more than 3 Individuals per home in a safe, clean, healthy environment.
