UKG Business Analyst

Worksite Location: Remote from USA in Eastern or Central Time zone, up to 10-20% travel

Contract Duration: 6+ months with likely for extension to 18 months

Compensation: $50.00-$75.00 per hour, depending on experience What you ll do as the UKG Business Analyst:

Develop test scripts for UKG Payroll and Timekeeping

Set up test data for UKG

Test UKG system functionalities

Coordinate with business owners for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide UKG application support to troubleshoot issues and answer questions promptly

Be involved in UKG training and demonstration sessions

Be involved in updating UKG system documentation, user guides, and training materials What you ll bring to the Business Analyst role:

3+ years UKG PRO full implementation experience

Experience setting up test data, testing system functionalities, performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Experience writing SQL queries, data extraction and validation, Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

General understanding human resources policies and procedures

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information

Knowledge of Federal and State payroll policies, including FLSA laws and overtime is a plus
