Journeyman Concrete Finisher

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Concrete Finisher for work in Memphis, TN.! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishing concrete surfaces for commercial and/or industrial. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work in various weather conditions while meeting project deadlines and quality standards. This is a commercial project, working Monday-Friday 40+hours a week, and pay is up to $32/hr. depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools

Set forms, grade, and prepare work areas before concrete placement

Repair and resurface damaged or old concrete structures

Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

At least four years of concrete finishing experience

Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and finishing methods

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

Experience working with trowels, floats, screeds, and other concrete finishing tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
