Responsibilities
Full-Time Position 40hrs
Overnight Weekend Shift ONLY
Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
The attendant on duty is responsible for managing traffic flow and customer issues
throughout the campus.
Main focus will be monitoring live CCTV camera footage from around the campus to ensure customers are entering, as well as exiting in a timely fashion.
Will be located within the office for most of your shift, but may be required to physically assist with issues throughout the campus, via golf cart.
Will be responsible for answering the company provided phone to assist with customer needs throughout the campus.
This position also has the opportunity of growth within the company.
Qualifications
At least 1- 2 years of experience with Call Center/Customer Service/Accounting skills involving problem solving and ability to react quickly and professionally ensuring client satisfaction
Advanced multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to accomplish tasks in the timeliest and efficient manner
Positive attitude with productive, professional and courteous manner
Superior telephone etiquette
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate intermediate or advanced computer skills, including use of Word, Excel and web browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Flexible availability
Ability to train and mentor
Ability to perform specialized administrative duties required to support multiple locations
Prior call center and accounts payable/receivable experience
Salary Range: $22.00 per hour
