The front office administrator is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills. You must have the ability to prioritize tasks for the most efficient use of time while being able to keep deadlines. This position requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and maturity. Naturally driven to coach, mentor, build strong working teams, self-motivation and an upbeat personality. Must enjoy helping people and be comfortable with reception duties and working with insurance. Front desk administrator must be comfortable on the phone, internet, multi-tasking and working with customers. Must be patient and professional at all times. Be tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet and at least High School or GED. CLERICAL/ADMIN EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Must be willing to travel to other locations.
Full time 5 days a week 7:45am – 5:30 PM. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THESE DAYS AND TIMES.

Dental and Insurance billing experience is a must.
