Customer Service Specialist
Be a part of a dynamic and energic team as a Customer Service Specialist. Bring your attention to detail and fantastic communication skills to aid in an important aspect of our client's overall experience.
Compensation: $18-$20/Hour
Location: Hybrid, on site in a Gainesville office 2 days a week
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM (hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote) - final schedule assigned by manager
Responsibilities:
Advancing order flow, answering questions from customers and internal staff, and removing roadblocks on orders.
Maintain operational efficiency by managing assigned records
Maintaining communication with all involved parties to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner while adhering to individual client profiles for each orderRequirements:
Two years of experience in call center or customer service
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient data entry skills
Ability to analyze work and notice trends
Problem solving with a desire to help others
