We want to expand our dynamic team with a Executive Director, Client Partnerships.

Responsibilities
Principal focus on growing existing clients against stated growth targets;
Works with CEO to implement effective incentive plans for Client Partnerships team
Performs regular strategic business reviews with key clients;
Mentors and develops Managers, Client Partnerships in best practices to engage clients and grow accounts;
Provides strategic insight as a senior member of the MCE team;
Collaborates with Client Partnerships team around new growth opportunities that align with client needs and our capabilities;
Oversees the development, implementation and presentation of Strategic Key Account Plans by Client Partnerships team;
Oversees department activities to ensure delivery of innovative MedComms solutions to our clients;
Meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets; including monthly achievement of the department's KPIs;
Collaborates with team to develop a strategic plan for department performance, training, and talent development;
Manages departmental budget and identifies areas of efficiency and of concern;
Reinforces behaviors that are aligned with our core values.
Time Allocation
Business development with existing clients (80%)
Personnel management and administrative responsibilities (15%)
Miscellaneous responsibilities as contributing member of Management Team (5%)
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of work experience in a Medical Communications agency required (client facing)
Excellent understanding of Medical Communications deliverables for Medical Affairs clients
Accurate and detail-oriented working style with a high degree of integrity, tact and confidentiality
Willing to travel to client meetings and medical congresses
Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools, preferred
