What You Will Be Doing:

Analyze prints and solid CAD models to assess quality and accuracy.

Determine optimal methods for producing high-quality parts within the quoted cycle time.

Utilize CAM software to design efficient, consistent toolpaths.

Set up and operate both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills, as well as CNC lathes.

Inspect parts to ensure they meet internal quality standards.

Deburr and finish parts to achieve a clean, professional appearance.

What You Bring To The Table:

Experienced in CNC mill and lathe operation, setup, and programming.

Experience with CAD/CAM software.

Proficient in G and M codes, measurement techniques, tooling types, and machining processes.

Ability to adjust CNC programs for optimal speed, consistency, and tool longevity.

Skilled in calculating and modifying tool paths for optimal feed rates and speeds.
