Job Summary The Warehouse Shipping Clerk supports daily operations by verifying documentation, assigning orders, maintaining records, and ensuring shipment accuracy.

This role also assists with inventory control and coordinates carrier activity to ensure a smooth warehouse flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Check in Drivers coming to the Shipping Dept.

and verify that all carriers comply with the company requirements before assign a loading dock * Verify that pick sheet has all necessary documents attached such as (CHEP print outs and Modular forms) * Assign orders to the forklift's drivers.

* When order is turned back in verify accuracy on Item numbers and product counts.

* Perform/Adjust quantities on the system before generating Bill of Lading (when authorized by the Warehouse Manager or supervisor on duty) due to product availability, in order to provide our customers with an accurate BOL.

* Maintain a carrier traffic form.

* Monitor pallet level in warehouse and assign a forklift driver to offload more when necessary.

* Print Labels for all LTL shipments going out.

* Ensure Ship Dates and Pick up times are correct and documented in the Shipping access database.

* Update Carrier Performance report on daily basis.

* Help on inventory at the end of the month.

* Posting MRO'S to create items for finish goods.

Qualifications and Requirements Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * 6+ months of related experience * Microsoft Office proficiency Preferred Qualifications: * Warehouse management system and/or ERP system (NAV, SAP, Korber) experience.
