IT QA Performance Tester

We are looking for an IT QA Performance Tester to work for our Central Ohio client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts

Identify, analyze, and document performance issues and bottlenecks

Work with development teams to optimize application performance

Utilize performance testing tools to simulate user load and stress scenarios

Ensure system scalability, reliability, and efficiency through rigorous testing

Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for improvements Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in performance testing

Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies

Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, or similar)

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
