DEW Construction is seeking an experienced individual to support our Marketing and Business Development Departments. This role involves tracking and responding to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), as well as managing data. The successful candidate will work closely with in-house teams and external clients, architects, and consultants. This role is crucial in securing new business and driving the company's growth. By producing winning responses to RFQs and RFPs, you will directly contribute to our success and help us achieve our strategic goals.

Essential Functions:
Produce winning responses to RFQs and RFPs to secure new work.
Prioritize and manage multiple assignments to deliver high-quality materials that align with branding and meet deadlines.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, estimating, leadership, and business development teams to manage production timelines and package final submissions and presentation materials.
Lead kick-off meetings, organizing attendees, agendas, and deliverables.
Track past project data, leads, opportunities, and proposal data; update and maintain the CRM database.
Attend weekly marketing and business development meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain, update, and design proposal materials.
Assist teams in preparing for project interviews and presentations.
Print and organize proposal and interview materials.
Generate general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, and graphs as needed.
Perform other routine office-related tasks as required.
Stay abreast of new and current trends through ongoing training and professional development, ensuring knowledge of industry advancements and best practices.
Provide support to Business Development, Marketing, or Estimating teams as needed. Essential Skills and Experience:
Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism preferred.
Two or more years in the AEC industry preferred.
Proven ability to initiate work, make strategic decisions, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional writing skills and strong design sense with a high level of creativity.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with data management.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality.
Self-motivated, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Enthusiastic team player with creativity, humor, and professionalism.
