Starting Salary Range: $132,000 - $142,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies for high-impact, high-value procurement contracts.

Draft, negotiate, and oversee a range of contracts across indirect spend categories, including SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, and purchasing agreements.

Implement strategies to control costs, mitigate risks, and align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Champion the use of AI-powered tools and procurement technologies to streamline contract management.

Mature the procurement contracting function through continuous process improvement, elevating contract quality standards, and proactive engagement with business stakeholders across the organization.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence and innovation.

What we are looking for:

CPCM, CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent. (preferred)

A proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value agreements with strategic impact.

Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and financial considerations in contracts—ideally in a regulated or service-based industry.

Proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools; experience with AI-enabled procurement solutions is a plus.

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

Experience

Required

7 years: procurement, contract management, or a related field with a strong focus on indirect spend.
