Position : Sr Product Manager/Product Owner

Client : Citibank

Location : hybrid in Dallas, TX

Rate : $80/hr on C2C

Visa : USC / GC only

Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end business analysis of Digital Technology Projects, Front-office applications (Banker and Client Portals), Improving Client Experience, Digital Adoption and Technology enhancements.

Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT.

Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions.

Required to engage and work with various global and regional businesses, operations sponsors/stakeholders, and internal/external technology partners to deliver against objectives.

Responsible for participating in project activities from start to end, involving requirements definition, functional specification verification, user acceptance testing and business change management / integration.

Liaise with project sponsors and regional business leads on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities as well as to pro-actively manage expectations, buy-in, feedback and resolution of issues. Works across peer and stakeholder organizations to implement improvements.

Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner

6+ years of relevant experience in in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.

Strong partnership integration experience is a must.

Experience in supporting multiple software projects in banking service industry.

Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams.

Familiarity with agile software development lifecycles, standard tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Knowledge of Banking market and products. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Wealth management is preferred.

Agile Certifications a plus.

Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills.

Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.

Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail. Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.
