Yes Job Qualifications * Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in dealing with people both internal and external to the College * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

* Shift availability notification will be given 12-24 hours in advance of inclement weather * Maintain safe operation of equipment Will this position be working with minors?
