Machinist

We're seeking a Machinist to join their high-performance team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, working with tight tolerances, and ensuring quality in an ISO-certified environment. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications to produce precision parts within tight tolerances.

Perform quality control (QC) checks using CMM and other precision measurement tools.

Maintain compliance with ISO standards, ensuring best practices in machining processes.

Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and optimize machining operations.

Qualifications:

Experience with Haas CNC machine setup and operation.

Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprints, and precision measurement techniques.

Familiarity with CMM inspection and quality control processes.

Ability to work within tight tolerances in an ISO-certified environment.

Hands-on experience with both mill and lathe operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust machining parameters as needed.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
