OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
The Lead Mail Center Coordinator is responsible for overseeing accurate distribution, dispatching of incoming, outgoing, internal mail of World Changers Ministries, and supporting the Manager of Production and Shipping in fulfilling the vision of World Changers Ministries. This candidate works well with other departments in planning and distribution of mail. Other responsibilities include ensuring that all inventory items and raw materials are properly identified and readily accessible. Follows directions in excellence and ensures that he/she operates according to the standards of quality that are set in place, to yield a zero defect product while maintaining the 7-day turn around shipping timeline.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees Mail Center staff, and enforces quality control measures
Knowledgeable of Postal regulations associated with mail processing
Knowledgeable of all of the shipping carriers (i.e. UPS, USPS, FED-EX, etc )
Assists Manager of Production and Shipping in troubleshooting product errors prior to shipping (i.e., misprinted labels, incorrect messages, potential damaged goods)
Assists the Manager of Production and Shipping in performing an analysis of Mail Center processes
Ensures the verification of all daily orders produced by Production Department
Packs all orders in the appropriate bubble mailer, or box
Loads all packaged products into All Purpose Container (APC) U.S. Postal Services
Performs random inspections to ensure additional training is not required
Must be knowledgeable in the Mail Center environment
Ensures that all production work meets the standards and guidelines of the Ministry
Coordinates and manages each assignment given from inception to completion
Creates and maintains productivity levels required for meeting daily quotas or timelines for product shipping
Composes email correspondence and prepare analysis data reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required
Completes assigned tasks for each project in a timely manner
Creates Excel Spreadsheets, prepare reports, and assists in inventory control
Must be accustomed to a fast paced high energy working environment
Other duties as assigned. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 3-6 months of experience in shipping or fulfillment center environment.
FedEx Ship Manager software
Multi-carrier shipping software SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Great organizational skills in order to keep and maintain excellent records (i.e. hardcopies & softcopies)
Utilize multi-carrier shipping software to ship various customer orders
Ability to plan and execute assignments accordingly in order to meet timelines
Strong writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with the others
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Works well under pressure
Must be flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to memorize, and identify standard products codes
Ability to work with mass quantities of product at a continuous pace
Ability to verify and pack order according to the set guidelines already established
Ability to know the difference between U.S. and International addresses
Attention to detail and performs routine inspections of all products prior to packaging or shipping
Ability to complete air bills for various shipping companies
Mathematical and comprehension skills a must

Normal warehouse environment
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
