Demand Planner

Are you passionate about data-driven decision making and skilled at forecasting demand? We have partnered with a leading hot sauce brand that is looking for an experienced Demand Planner to help shape the future of our client's global supply chain. In this critical role, you'll work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and production teams to ensure our legendary products reach fans around the world-on time and in full.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 12-month rolling demand forecasts using advanced statistical models

Act as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and distributors to align demand and inventory

Lead the communication of forecast updates and collaborate with supply chain to meet fulfillment goals

Participate in monthly S&OP and annual sales planning processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Monitor forecast KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes

Set and maintain item planning parameters to drive effective production and purchasing decisions

Extract and analyze data for reporting and presentation to various levels of the organization Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in forecasting and inventory replenishment

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments

Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard creation, and MS Office tools

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, or related field
